Regulations of the BREAK in CLASSIC Festival
July 31–August 2, 2026, Interior Museum (Muzeum Wnętrz) in Otwock Wielki
I. General Provisions

These Regulations have been drawn up based on the Act of March 20, 2009, on the safety of mass events, and other legal provisions applicable to the organization of cultural and public events.

The Organizer of the festival is the Toinen Pro Art Foundation, and the host is the National Museum in Warsaw and the Interior Museum in Otwock Wielki – Branch of the National Museum in Warsaw.

The Regulations apply to all persons present in the festival area (hereinafter: "Participants").
-
Being present in the festival area is equivalent to accepting these Regulations and the regulations of the Interior Museum in Otwock Wielki.

The Organizer reserves the right to introduce changes to the program and Regulations. The current version will be available on the website www.breakinclassic.com.
II. Definitions

Festival – the cultural event "BREAK in CLASSIC" taking place from July 31 to August 2, 2026.
-
Event Area – the designated area of the Museum and park in Otwock Wielki where the festival takes place.

Participant – a person holding a valid ticket, invitation, or organizer's ID badge.
-
Ticket – a document entitling entry to the festival.
-
Security and Information Services – persons authorized by the Organizer to ensure safety in the event area.
III. Safety and Order Rules

The Organizer ensures the presence of security services, medical care, sanitary facilities, and areas excluded from public access (e.g., stage, technical back areas, part of the palace).

Participants are obliged to follow the instructions of the services, the Organizer's employees, and the employees of the National Museum in Warsaw.

In the event of extraordinary situations (including sanitary and epidemiological ones), the Organizer and the host may introduce additional restrictions, division of the audience, and other security measures.

In case of non-compliance with the Regulations, the security services have the right to:

check tickets and identity documents,
-
search bags and backpacks,
-
refuse entry or order leaving the festival area,
-
call the Police in case of danger.

IV. Prohibited Items
The following items are not allowed to be brought into the festival area:
-
weapons, explosive and pyrotechnic materials,
-
intoxicating substances, alcohol, non-alcoholic beverages (except for still water up to 0.5 l),
-
large backpacks and bags (exceeding 40 × 30 × 20 cm),
-
selfie sticks, tripods, drones, lasers,
-
professional photo/video equipment (without the Organizer's consent),
-
animals (with the exception of guide dogs),
-
bicycles, scooters, roller skates, and other vehicles.
V. Tickets and Entry to the Festival Area

Tickets are sold exclusively through the eBilet.pl platform or another platform indicated by the Organizer.

All tickets are named (personal). Identity verification may be required upon entry.
-
The exchange of a ticket for a festival wristband will take place at the designated accreditation point.
-
A damaged or removed wristband results in the loss of the right to enter. It must not be transferred to other persons.
-
Additional rounds of ticket sales are possible, according to the Organizer's decision.

The types and prices of tickets are determined by the Organizer. Prices may vary between sales rounds.
-
The Organizer may refuse entry to persons who are intoxicated, under the influence of drugs, aggressive, or posing a threat to safety.
VI. Participation of Minors and Discounts
-
Children up to 3 years old may enter without a ticket, provided they remain under the constant supervision of an adult guardian.

Children aged 4 to 12 are entitled to a 50% discount on the purchase of a ticket. Proof of age may be required upon entry.

Persons under the age of 16 may participate in the event only under the supervision of adults.
VII. Museum and Park Area

Museum interiors are accessible only during designated hours. The following is prohibited:

touching exhibits,
-
taking flash photography,
-
consuming food and drinks,
-
bringing in animals.

In the park area, the following is prohibited:
-
destroying greenery and infrastructure,
-
littering and lighting fires,
-
consuming alcohol outside designated zones,
-
making noise,
-
bringing in animals (with the exception of guide dogs).

VIII. Image Recording and Promotional Materials

The Organizer records the course of the festival for documentation and promotional purposes, and may also broadcast it online.

Presence at the event means consent to the recording of the participant's image and its use in festival media and partner media.

The Participant is not entitled to any compensation for this.
IX. Complaints and Liability
-
Any complaints regarding the purchase of tickets should be directed to the eBilet platform or the platform through which the purchase was made.

The Organizer is not responsible for the cancellation of the festival due to independent reasons (e.g., force majeure, administrative decisions).
-
In such cases, the Participant is entitled only to a refund of the ticket price, excluding the costs of travel, accommodation, or other expenses.
X. Final Provisions

The Regulations are available on the websites www.breakinclassic.pl, www.ebilet.pl, and at the entrance to the festival area.
-
In matters not regulated herein, Polish law applies, in particular the Civil Code and the Act on the safety of mass events.

The logo and name of the festival are reserved. Any promotional or commercial activity requires the written consent of the Organizer.
